Work with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Execs as an Oceans Email Marketer About Oceans Oceans is an outsourcing firm pairing the best talent in South Africa with CEOs, Founders, and Executives in the U.S. The Role: Email Marketer Oceans is seeking talented candidates in South Africa to become Email Marketers. Responsibilities Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns Define target audiences, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys for messaging campaigns Setup new email flows and tests, execute them, and monitor open rates, click throughs etc… Determine where response rates can be improved and implement those changes Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports on those Ensure that emails are error free with content displayed accurately Ability to run paid search and paid media ad campaigns is a plus Requirements Language : Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing Strong understanding and experience in A/B testing Essential Skills : Must have experience with Klaviyo and Attentive Experience with other platforms is a strong plus Ability to write email copy Proficiency with paid media is a plus Education : Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant experience accepted; other certifications a bonus Who Should Apply This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Email Marketing who are excited to work for, and learn from, U.S.-based Executives.
