Work with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Execs as an Oceans Performance Marketer About Oceans Oceans is an outsourcing firm pairing the best talent in South Africa with CEOs, Founders, and Executives in the U.S. The Role: Performance Marketer Oceans is seeking talented candidates in South Africa to become Performance Marketers. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategy Conduct competitor research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification Plan, create, and publish new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages engagement Develop and proactively manage content calendars Lead on conversion rate optimization Track metrics across all channels to generate actionable insights Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and keep up to date on social media platform changes Requirements Language : Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in media buying Proven track record of managing and scaling digital ad campaigns of USD 100k/month at minimum Essential Skills : Highly proficient across Meta, TikTok, and Google Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Education : Undergraduate degree preferred; relevant experience accepted; other certifications a bonus Who Should Apply This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Performance Marketing who are excited to work for, and learn from, U.S.-based Executives.
