Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator/Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a high-energy go-getter excited about engaging with prospects, refining messaging, and exploring new tactics to generate leads. You will be at the forefront of managing our social media presence, engaging with marketing leaders and implementors, and driving our marketing initiatives forward.Salary: 33,000 South African Rand/per month Responsibilities: Engage actively on social media, including liking, commenting, and replying on our posts and others' within our community. Manage posting on our founder's accounts using Buffer and respond to conversations through Cleverly's LinkedIn messaging portal, fostering positive interactions and guiding prospects towards our offerings. Conduct lead engagement through calls to discuss their current marketing training programs and interest in our online courses. Create compelling landing pages for webinars, mini-courses, and giveaways to attract and convert leads. Pull data for list building and support our cold outbound email program, contributing to our overall lead generation efforts. Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, capable of analyzing the success of marketing activities to ensure a strong ROI. Import lead lists into our email programs, both email nurture and cold outbound email. Review leads and lists to confirm their ICP fit with our target audience. Check stats of signups and downloads through Google Analytics and Kajabi Check email open and click stats in our email programs, Beehiiv and Instantly Move leads into new email campaigns as needed. Create new email campaigns as needed, including helping to write the copy, decide targeting, and then uploading lists. Research local user groups in the Founder’s regions and submit speaking proposals Post blogs using Wordpress, optimizing them for strategic SEO keywords. Required Knowledge and Experience: Proficiency with email marketing programs and the creation of engaging email content. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create captivating social media content, including using tools like Canva. Experience with LinkedIn direct messaging and the ability to adapt to different tones of voice. A solid understanding of the Buyer's Journey and how to generate ROI from marketing activities. Ability to submit proposals for speaking sessions at user conferences. Knowledge of marketing, ads, ROI, measurement, campaign and content planning, ABM, etc., with a deep understanding of our ICP of marketing leaders and implementors. Wordpress experience, especially for posting blogs Ideal but Not Required: • Familiarity with Kajabi, Instantly.ai, Beehiiv Personal Attributes: • A go-getter attitude, high energy, and excitement for trying new things.• Willingness to learn new technologies/tools• Enthusiasm for speaking with prospects and refining our marketing strategies.• Innovative mindset with a knack for proposing new campaign ideas.• Proficiency with numbers and an aptitude for learning new technology/tools.Please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you're excited about the role, and examples of previous marketing campaigns or social media management successes.
