It Operations Associate

We are looking for a highly-skilled, motivated, and tech-savvy Junior Technology Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT and be well-versed in all tech-related topics, including AI, API, coding, and programming. This role will involve researching and problem-solving across various areas of technology, requiring a curious and analytical mindset. The candidate must also be knowledgeable and have a strong foundation in web development, programming, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, document management, remote desktops, VPNs, access control, networks, and VoIP. As a JTA, you will play a key role in supporting technology infrastructures and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other web development technologies• Assist in design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to drive business growth• Support and maintain CRM systems, including data management and reporting• Provide technical support for CRM systems, remote desktops, VPNs, access control, and Networks.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies and trends.• Implement researched IT solutions to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency, streamlining operations and contributing to the company's success Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology, or related field• 2+ years of experience in web development and programming• Practical Experience with CRM systems• Strong understanding of database management and data analysis• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g React, Angular) and WordPress• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g AWS, Azure), VPNs, Access Control, Networks, and VoIP• Familiarity with agile development methodologies• CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA certifications Compensation: $400 monthly About Company: At AKCOE, LLC | EOCKA Co, we empower businesses to thrive by offering unparalleled consultation services.
