ROLE OVERVIEW The purpose of this position is to ensure that group payroll processes are administered and supported correctly and efficiently. Administer the payroll accounting process and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with reconciliations and payroll payments. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES End to end processing of group payrolls for review by Supervisor and ManagerSupervise and assist payroll administrators with end to end payroll processReview all payroll hours imported for monthly and weekly payrolls via UKG DimensionsRelease all payslips via ESS portal as per payroll timelinesAssist Payroll Supervisor with Group Leave Management ProcessAssist Payroll Supervisor with all Payroll Payments via First Management Services.Responsible for all 3rd Party Payments and Bank AllocationsResponsible for all Payroll Journal Process and Reporting to FinanceResponsible for Paymenow Deduction and Reconciliation ProcessAdminister all Payroll Queries via FreshDesk PortalMaintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting necessary changes.Provide staff with maternity and termination documents.Resolve payroll queries on FreshDesk PortalAssist with the monthly Group Tax Validation Process. All mandatory master data must be up to date.Assisting the Payroll Team with ad hoc duties and on-going projectsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. REQUIREMENTS Essential :At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.SAGE 300 PeopleKnowledge and experience in African country payroll administration and payroll accounting.Experience working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft, especially Excel. Desirable :Large payroll experience (5000 and more employees)UKG Dimensions Workforce Management (Time & Attendance)Monday.com experienceWorking experience of G-Suite.
