Marketing Executive Foundever are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Executive to join our passionate and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality marketing activities to promote our wide range of services across various industries. You will play a pivotal role as part of the marketing team in enhancing our brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving business growth. Details Salary: 30,000 ZAR per month (paid in arrears) Benefits: Medical aid and pension Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time) Working Location: Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town (on-site) Contract Duration: Permanent Primary Responsibilities Content Development: Develop high quality content and marketing collateral, such as awards submissions, case studies, thought leadership, blogs and presentations. Collaborate with teams across the business to gather data and insight to enhance the quality of all Foundever content. Write and schedule social posts for UK & South Africa across LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels as required. Update the Foundever website, including adding new content. Marketing Activity Execution Execute key activities that form part of the marketing plan across multiple initiatives, including digital, social media, awards, print and industry events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing efforts. Plan and execute targeted campaigns, including social media campaigns, content marketing, email marketing and advertising initiatives. Deliver administerial tasks for all marketing activities, on time and accurately. Improve the quality and growth of Foundever’s database. Brand Management and Promotion Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Foundever, ensuring consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials. Manage and optimise our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Skills Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms Strong creative writing skills with attention to detail High level of both written and spoken English Always aims to exceed expectations Determination to remain highly knowledgeable and a drive to continually grow and learn. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising. Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE Training: At least 2 years experience in a Marketing Role, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry . Expertise: Previous experience working in a call centre environment is desired. Communication Skills: Excellent telephone, computer/keyboard, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability: Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills and excellent presentation skills Critical-Thinking: Effective problem-solving skills and excellent analytical and judgment skills. Handling: Ability to demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary for client contact. Background: A clear criminal background check. Education: Minimum Grade 12.
